Hot rolling mill electric drive control system

In the process of hot rolling production line, the discharged steel billet heated from the heating furnace to the target temperature first passes through the high-pressure water descaling box to remove the scale, and then enters the roughing mill stand area. The main function of rough rolling is to roll the billet heated to the target temperature for multiple passes, thin it to the target thickness, and then enter the finishing mill stand area. Hot steel rolling mill system characteristics

A. The control system has the characteristics of fast dynamic response and high control accuracy. It can control the opening degree and pressing force of the side guide plate of the coiler in real time during the coiling process of the strip steel, so that the strip steel can be stabilized on the rolling centerline.

B. The whole system is executed by high-performance controller, with a high degree of automation.

C. It is composed of a fully digitally controlled DC silicon controlled speed regulating system and various detection and sensing elements, which can accurately drive the mechanical equipment according to various commands issued by the superior setting system.

D. The control system provides speed setting for each rack through the combination of cascade speed setting and automatic cascade regulation.

E. The control system generates speed correction signal according to the detected tension deviation through the micro tension regulator, adjusts the rack speed to maintain the tension value unchanged, and realizes the load balance between the front and rear racks.

F. The control system is equipped with looper adjuster, which can generate speed correction signal according to the detected looper height deviation, adjust the rack speed to maintain the looper height (looper amount) unchanged at the given value, and realize the speed flow balance of the front and rear racks.

G. In the fully automatic mode, the transmission equipment group and control functions in the rolling process are automatically controlled according to the current pass plan.
