Cold shear is composed of cold shear body, drive device, steel pressing device, brake, clutch, etc., supporting accessories to complete the functions of fixed size shear and waste collection. The cold shear transmission system is divided into primary belt reduction and secondary gear reduction to drive power from the motor to the shear. It has many features, such as high strength, high stiffness gantry frame, high cutting precision, excellent section quality, smooth transmission and impact resistance, dynamic detection and real-time monitoring of shearing process, mechatronics, and widely used in ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal large and medium-sized bar production lines.
