1. The working principle of overflow ball mill

The working principle of the overflow type ball mill is mainly supported by rolling bearings. The cylinder is rotated through the transmission device, so that the material and the steel balls rotate together with the cylinder, and the throwing, impact, impact and self-grinding operations are completed in the cylinder to realize the material grinding. In the case of continuous feeding of materials, the pressure will cause the materials in the cylinder to be gradually discharged to the discharge end. When the pulp is higher than the lower edge of the hollow shaft at the discharge end, the material will overflow by itself, and the steel at the discharge end will overflow. The balls and coarse materials will be returned to the mill by the reverse helical blade for further grinding.

2. Working principle of grid ball mill

The working principle of the grid type ball mill is roughly similar to that of the overflow type. The difference is that the grid ball mill is equipped with a grid plate at the discharge place, which is installed in the end cover of the hollow journal at the end cover of the beating end. It is composed of eight radioactive ribs, and the end cover is divided into eight fan-shaped chambers. The shape lining plate is fixed inside the fan-shaped chamber with bolts, and then the lattice lining plate is installed on the fan-shaped chamber. Among them, there are inverted trapezoidal pores on the grid lining plate. During the grinding process, the ore particles that meet the particle size requirements will enter the fan-shaped chamber through the gaps on the grid plate with the pulp. The fan-shaped chamber rotates with the end cover. The chamber wall flows into the hollow journal and is discharged from the ball mill through the hollow journal to complete the crushing process.

3. Working principle of horizontal ball mill

The appearance of the horizontal ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, and the outer gear, sprocket or belt drive, it is different from the lattice and the overflow ball mill in that it has two material bins. When the cylinder starts to rotate, the material is loaded into the cylinder by the hollow shaft at the feeding end, and the combined action of inertia, centrifugal force and friction force is used to realize the material parabolic operation and complete the grinding. The material enters the first chamber of the mill evenly and spirally through the feeding hollow shaft of the feeding device. There is a stepped lining plate or a corrugated lining plate in the chamber, and steel balls of different specifications are built in. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the copper balls to the mill. After falling from a certain height, it will have a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single-layer partition board. 5. Working principle of planetary ball mill

The planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball mill jars on the same turntable.
