1. Air leakage problem

In the sintering production process of the belt sintering machine, the sealing effect of the main fan and the tightness of the contact between the bellows and the trolley will directly affect the utilization rate of the energy supplied by the sintering machine. The current occurrence of air leakage in the sintering machine has seriously increased the power consumption of the belt sintering machine, and the effective utilization rate of the air volume is low.

At present, in the domestic sintering production, there are many reasons that affect the air leakage of the exhaust system of the sintering machine, but the air leakage between the trolley and the bellows is the main one, accounting for about 17% of the total exhaust air volume of the flue, and the air leakage volume of the large flue is also relatively high. It is large, but the water-sealed zipper conveyor has been adopted at present, which greatly reduces the air leakage in this part. In order to reduce the air leakage between the trolley and the bellows, the key issue is how to improve the sealing performance of the sealing device more safely and effectively.

2. The problem of arching of the lower trolley train of the belt sintering machine

There are many reasons for the arching of the horizontal rail trolley at the tail of the belt sintering machine, such as the design of the star gear tooth profile, the flexibility of the rear frame, the lubrication of the trolley wheels and axles, the weight of the counterweight and the bending of the tail. motion curve, etc. No matter what the cause of the trolley arching, it will bring harm to the normal sintering production in many ways, mainly as follows:belt-type sinterer for sale -Juxinde

(1) When the arched trolley travels in the direction of the machine head, the zigzag-shaped trolley will be instantly leveled due to its own weight, which will produce a large impact force on the wheels and the track, and due to the contact force of the adjacent trolleys, the trolley The end face of the car will produce uneven wear and axle damage, which will shorten the service life of the trolley and accelerate the wear of the rear corner.

(2) If the rear wheel of the lower trolley is lifted under the action of the thrust of the rear star wheel and the resistance of the front trolley, a large local expansion force will be generated on the track surface at the exit of the tail curve, which will accelerate the wear of the trolley wheel on the rail surface. , and in more serious cases, it will cause local deformation and fracture of the rail surface.

(3) The end face wear of the trolley caused by the arching will increase the air leakage rate and increase the energy consumption during the normal operation of the belt sintering machine.

(4) The arching of the trolley train on the lower horizontal track will cause the length of the trolley train on the upper horizontal track to be less than the length of the trolley train on the lower horizontal track, which will cause the tail frame to move horizontally to the tail direction, further promoting the counterweight of the counterweight block. The weight must be increased, which will cause downtime in severe cases.

Belt type sinterer deviation

The reasons for the deviation of the sintering machine trolley are as follows:

1. The temperature difference on both sides of the sintering machine, especially in winter.

2. The wear of the sealing slideway and the sliding plate.

3. The running track of the trolley is worn (including the wear of the slide) and the installation size exceeds the standard.

4. The wheel tread and rim of the trolley are worn.

5. Wear on the trolley rollers and the axle journals.

6. Wear on both ends of the trolley in the length direction.

7. The wear of the large star wheel chain plate teeth.

8. The position of the center line of the large star wheel on the mine side is out of tolerance.

9. The left and right movements of the tail moving swing frame are uneven.

10. There are scratches in the running of the trolley.

Solution:

1. Open and close the doors and windows on both sides of the sintering machine workshop to minimize the temperature difference on both sides of the sintering machine.

2. Replace the above worn parts.

3. Confirm whether the left and right movements of the sliding swing frame are equal, and carefully check whether there are obstacles around the sliding swing frame; check whether there is a difference in the weight of the left and right balance weights; and check whether the balance weight pulleys are flexible.

4. Replacement of the slideway and running track of the sintering machine trolley after wear. The wear condition of the slide plate and the wear condition of the running wheel surface must be considered simultaneously.

5. When the running rails of the trolley are seriously worn and need to be replaced, the full-length rails of the sintering machine should be replaced in principle together with the sealing slides.

6. When the cause is not identified, the main bearing adjustment device of the large star wheel of the mining department should not be used frequently, and the device should be used only when necessary.
