This multi-purpose horizontal boring and milling machining center, is composed of X,Y,Z,W,B five axes, can realize random multi-axis linkage machining which is mainly based on boring, milling, cutting while realizes drilling, reaming, milling the plane, etc. It is suitable for processing parts of box type, frame type and mold parts with high accuracy requirements on multi-porosity, hole spacing. The special design of the X-axis and Z-axis bed guideway,the hard + linear guideway composite synchronous double contact equipes the worktable guideway with durability and long-term accuracy.
The special design of the centrally-arranged column guideway in Y-axis box body, the hard + linear guideway composite synchronous double contact, the front two linear guideways and two hard guideways, together with the rear two linear guideways, make the boring head box move up and down in an equilibrium way, ensuring the durability and long-term accuracy of the column guideway. Special design of centrally-arranged moving lead screw nut and bidirectional double nut in Y-axis box body maintains the long-term use of lead screw and improves the positioning accuracy.
Y-axis is equipped with upper and lower cylinder counterweight balance to reduce the wear caused by long-term movement. W-axis is equipped with movable boring bar, increasing the boring depth range. Tool magazine with different capacity is equipped for selection, to achieve a multi-purpose process composite automatic machining by one single installing and clamping. The configuration of the coordinate axis closed-loop feedback system enables processes with higher precision requirements. Processes like boring, milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, etc. can be automatically carried out after on-time installing of workpieces. The equipment of five-axis control and random four-axis linkage can realize arc interpolation and three-dimensional surface processing.
