Double-contact of linear & hard composite guideways
AS type CNC facing head can realize u-Axis and z-Axis linkage interpolation function. It can realize borehole, thread, taper, spherical surfaces, etc. It is suitable for high-pressure switches, pumps, valves, etc.
The facing head adopts dovetail guideway and linear guideway structure, allowing strong loading capacity, excellent rigidity, and convenient maintenance. Manually-scraping of the hard guideway surface enables stable and reliable accuracy. The ball screw drive ensures small slider drive clearance, flexibility and reliability, and high positioning accuracy.
Stable and reliable accuracy of the facing head, and the unique finely-boring machining of rear bearing hole ensures the consistency of spindle and rotary facing head.
Precision Spindle Structure
Using high-quality nitriding steel, undergone 37 processes, with a nitriding layer depth over 1 mm, and a hardness over V900, surface shrinkage stress, memorizing function, enabling maintain spindle accuracy for a long time.
B type
Optional: vertical milling head, universal milling head, extended milling head. Realize multiple processes with single clamping, efficient and fast, reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
