The bed adopts the structure of cross-shaped bar and cross bar, the special design of X1, X2 axis bed guideway, and the hard+ linear guideway composite synchronous double contact, enabling a long-term duration of the machine tool guideway and improved positioning accuracy.
X1, X2 axis lead screw support seat ensures the lead screw parallelism, improves the long-term durability of the nut and allows stable positioning accuracy. The special bi-directional double-nut design of X1, X2 axis lead screw nut can maintain the lead screw precision service life for a long time and improve positioning accuracy.
The beam adopts large sectional structure of X-shaped reinforced plate and high-quality cast iron, which has light moving weight and strong stiffness of parts. The beam guideway is arranged in two horizontal and two vertical ways, the horizontal guideway bears the weight of the spindle head, and the vertical guideway bears the cutting force. Y-axis hard + linear guideway composite synchronous double contact allows strong bearing capacity, good accuracy retention and small high-speed vibration. The dual-cylinder balance design reduces the wear of the lead screw long-term movement and saves the power loss of the motor. Z-axis square ram guideway, uses adjustable special hard + linear composite synchronous double contact guideway, equipes the machine guideway with durability and long-term accuracy.
