General description
The 750mm hot rolled stainless steel strip production line of Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. produces 1 million tons of hot rolled coils of various specifications every year.
The heating furnace control system adopts German Siemens s7-1500 programmable controller and Advantech industrial computer to form an advanced and practical control system. The s7-1500 programmable controller runs the software program to collect, process and transmit data, and has real-time communication with the upper computer (monitoring system). The industrial computer runs SIMATIC WinCC upper computer software to provide the system monitoring interface.
The heated slab is removed from the furnace scale and attached protective slag on the surface by the mechanical descaling machine and rough descaling box, and then sent to the rough rolling unit for rolling by the roller table, and the slab is rolled into an intermediate slab of 30 ~ 40mm.With the cooperation of the width gauge at the outlet of the roughing mill, the vertical roll mill adopts the hydraulic AWC automatic control system to control the width of the intermediate billet;It also has the function of ending the head and tail (SSC). When the width of the head and tail is too wide, the width of the head and tail can be corrected through the SSC function
The reduction of finish rolling flat roll f1-f9 and Fe1 stands is full stroke hydraulic reduction, which is electrically controlled by P201 and p202.
The automatic positioning control of roll gap is realized by installing a large stroke hydraulic screwdown cylinder on the transmission side and operation side of the frame to quickly drive the up and down of the support roll and work roll system, and the thickness fluctuation caused by the temperature drop of strip steel is eliminated through the on-line roll gap adjustment, i.e. AGC control function, so as to achieve the purpose of high-precision thickness,Produce high-quality finished strip steel.
The coiler adopts two full hydraulic underground coilers with four auxiliary rollers. General description
The 750mm hot rolled stainless steel strip production line of Jinhai Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. produces 1 million tons of hot rolled coils of various specifications every year.
The heating furnace control system adopts German Siemens s7-1500 programmable controller and Advantech industrial computer to form an advanced and practical control system. The s7-1500 programmable controller runs the software program to collect, process and transmit data, and has real-time communication with the upper computer (monitoring system). The industrial computer runs SIMATIC WinCC upper computer software to provide the system monitoring interface.
The heated slab is removed from the furnace scale and attached protective slag on the surface by the mechanical descaling machine and rough descaling box, and then sent to the rough rolling unit for rolling by the roller table, and the slab is rolled into an intermediate slab of 30 ~ 40mm.With the cooperation of the width gauge at the outlet of the roughing mill, the vertical roll mill adopts the hydraulic AWC automatic control system to control the width of the intermediate billet;It also has the function of ending the head and tail (SSC).
